let's go ahead and rank the top 24 players from fantasy football in 2023 do us a massive favor go ahead and drop a like to show some love subscribe if you like Dynasty content and I want you to comment down below who is a breakout player that should be in this top 24 who do you believe absolutely deserves to be in the top 24 of this list before we get into it and hey if you want to support the channel get some rankings articles exclusives and more go ahead and use our code land l-a-n-d app rockfantasy.com slash land for 30 off your membership uh okay so why don't we go ahead and start here essentially we have six tiers and just so you guys are aware who are watching the way that we laid these tears out or this is how we would draft right if we were going back and forth who would the 101 to the 104 look like all the way down to the 209 to the 212. so if a player is a late second like all the way down in that bottom tier that doesn't mean they're a bad player that still means they're a top 24 player in all of fantasy football this year it's just getting down to the nitty-gritty and trying to Define some of these lines for you guys exactly so we're gonna go player by player here and why don't we start with Nicholas Chubb what do you have Nick Chubb here Nick job for me he is my 206. so he okay he'll be mid second round for me um okay I have one other player and ahead of him not sure where you have him but I mean I think he's still gonna get the work he's still gonna get the opportunity you know obviously to Sean Watson is there but last year finished rb6 this past year Kareem Hunt is gone so I know a lot of people expect Jerome Ford to step up or this offense to pass the ball a little bit more but I'm still believing in Nick Chubb as to finish as a top six top seven running back uh coming into 2023 still yeah I'm very curious to see how that offense changes and if that means he's going to get more opportunities through the air I'm not sure but he was one of the heavier um like opportunity backs last year he's always been that I'm not saying it's going to change drastically he had 300 attempts 302 there's only three players in the NFL who had that many attempts I still am a fan of Nick Chubb I just have him as a late second he's currently ranked as my 210 um so there's just a couple players and I think specifically a running back and a couple wide receivers I just feel better about in a PPR format because this is PPR rankings that I would prefer over Nick chub but let's leave them there for now and then we can have a conversation about it uh because I do have him at that late second but again I like you said 206 I'm 210 so we're about four spots different there which is not that far off um okay how about Bijan Robinson I personally have him as the back end of my mid first he's my 108 at the moment is that too high because I know we get a lot of hate from people who don't know Bijan Robinson and they think it's ridiculous to have a rookie like this this high up um someone even said they unsubscribed because we talked about them like that it's so funny coming from our Dynasty Channel over to our redraft Channel and um sure it might be high but I think you know look at the history of when running backs have been drafted and the opportunities they've had in the rookie season top 10 running backs I mean go back and look at what Zeke did in his rookie season right and you are talking about Bijan Robinson who's entering a team that is one of the top two rushing teams in the NFL last year as far as far as volume goes so he could be an absolute monster in his first year and I think when we look at running backs we want opportunity we want volume Bijon Robinson is going to instantly step into 15 to 23 touches a game like I have no doubt about that in my mind so I have currently ranked as my 108. yeah so I haven't ranked as my One Eleven so we do see this a little bit differently he's in my late first um column for Bijan Robinson I mean everything you said is right right I mean this rookie opportunity he's going to be coming in uh he is a running back that's going to run in between the tackles and no doubt is going to be leading you know the running back room in the air in the backfield so both opportunities on the ground and in the air I think I I prefer wide receivers a little bit over him um and I think that's where I leaned I was like oh should I go Bichon or these two other wide receivers should I go you know that's kind of where I was at the moment um so that's where I have Bijon Robinson which is my one we'll discuss him a little bit more later then um Christian McCaffrey this should be an easy one he's my 102. I assume he's at least in your top four yeah he's in my top four he's actually my 104. um you see that a little bit differently um wow so you have three players ahead of him three wide receivers ahead of Christian McCaffrey yes um I know the fancy Community you know the first first couple weeks we've been doing this is like he's either gonna be Jamar Chase uh not Jamar Chase Justin jefferson101 or CMC um 101 and I actually think there could be an argument for two other wide receivers there um so I guess it just depends on the preference and how you really want to go but I won't disagree if CMC is the 102 103 Hot 101 however way you guys want to put it but that's where I'm at right now yeah I definitely would consider him in the top two for me it's him and one other player in the top two that's pretty solidified for me you look at him like even through the air the guy had 108 targets last year he caught 85 balls like I mean he's a PPR absolute monster and all that concern that he was you know mid-season from people where okay he's going to San Francisco you know Debo Samuel's kind of using that role no Debo shrunk like his opportunity shrunk and CMC was thriving so I hear you for sure though uh Jonathan Taylor this is someone I would have in my late first um so he's currently ranked as my one 11 but uh I could take him as high as 109. okay so we see this very differently um so far I have Jonathan Taylor's my 204. um once again wide receivers I would rather take in front of JT and I think there's a couple different reasons um well there's really just one reason I think that's Anthony Richardson to be completely honest with you and he may not be this guy that's going to take so much opportunity away from him year one which actually this is redraft so I am projecting that so he's going to be taking opportunities away from Justin Jeff from Jonathan Taylor he is going to potentially taking goal line opportunities away from John Taylor once again this is more of like okay if I see Jonathan Taylor but I see some of these other wide receivers do I really want to draft JT right now or do I want to go with these other wide receivers and I think that's why Matt's still in that tier for me um I actually want to down essentially because you said the 112. for me he's 204. yeah I have I I just I hear I hear people's concerns around Anthony Richardson and Jonathan Taylor I I just I personally think we're I just think we're overthinking it a little bit I mean you look at his rb1 season in 2021 you know only a year removed from that this wasn't someone who was getting a lot of work in the air right he wasn't top 20 in targets amongst running backs what he had is a lot of opportunities on the ground yeah and to me this team will be completely built on the Run game I I think that it will be Jonathan Taylor Anthony Richardson and they will both be dominating I fully anticipate the Colts being one of those top five rushing attempts per game type of teams and I think Jonathan Taylor is gonna get any if he stays healthy he's getting 18 to 20 touches a game um so I I definitely understand the concern but to me it's like the things that we love about Jonathan Taylor he's a don't go wrong he's a good pass catcher but it's not as if this is some huge identity change of the offense that's going to negative negatively impact him like it will the wide receivers yeah I think the opportunity is going to be through the roof for Jonathan Taylor we know he is capable of it right a season removed from 1800 well over 2 000 all-purpose yards um so I don't know I think I think we're overthinking JT a little bit um in my personal opinion for me the real argument because Anthony Richardson does play a big part of that but I think the real argument is these wide receivers that I think at the moment I'm going to be leaning wide receivers in the first to early second rounds really hard because I just can't pass up on some of these guys um and I've really tried to you know work my tears but even if my tears and I see some of these guys like how big of the Gap is that tier versus the widest versus the running back room and I don't think it's that big of a a tier difference um especially in the PPR format so uh that's kind of where I'm leaning but I I can definitely see the path but maybe we are overthinking maybe I am overthinking it but um just waiting to see what happens to see what people think yeah I think JT will be back uh I think he's well deserving of a first round pick but let us know in the comments what you guys think Tyree kill I have Tyree kills a mid first round pick um I feel like right after those top four go he's a fantastic option and maybe it's a little bit harsh because I mean Tariq was really really good last year I just feel like if I can get waddle in the second late second it feels almost better than spending a first round pick on Tyree kill uh Tyree kill finishes a wide receiver six last year but um you know keep in mind with Tua on the field he was on track to be wide receiver one or two um so yeah I think he's well deserving of this mid first round yeah and that this is one of the guys that I have in my early first here so he's my 103 right now um kind of what you alluded to Sure finished wide receiver I think he finished wide receiver two or three this past year on finish wide receiver Six Wide Receiver six um okay maybe I'm looking at the wrong because I'm I'm looking at it and it says wide receiver too okay so he finished wide receiver two this past year he kind of what you alluded to Tua did Miss essentially the second half of the Season playing with Teddy Bridgewater playing with Skylar Thompson if two would play that full season I would I agree he probably would have been maybe finished wide receiver won this this past year 20.1 fantasy points per game I think that's going to continue the touchdowns was up there the yards the targets everything was there and I think it's going to continue with this power offense if Tua can stay healthy which I think we're both believing and we both understand how much to how good two it was um and I think that's why I have Tyreek Hill here in my my first four picks I think he is a pillar um in this first you know four four picks in your in your view draft leagues okay saquon Barkley I would have him as a late first he's my 112. of course I would also have Jonathan Taylor as my One Eleven so we're not exactly seeing it the same so far but no where would you put saquon Barkley I have saquan mid-second so the 205 he's my my first pick you have him in the mid second okay I have him in the mid second here and once again it's not necessarily that I'm not loving these running backs I think the wide receiver tier is too big like the first I feel like the first and second tier should be one tier and I feel like that those tiers are too big to pass up on any of these good running backs um I only have one two three running backs in the first round this year at the moment oh man like this again this feels too low to me for Sequon I mean what we're talking about five last year and a running back who had over 75 targets you added Darren Waller but there's not a wide receiver of note that I feel like now we're not going to see saquon get his Targets in a PPR format I think he's still a very very valuable asset um again I have him ranked all the way up here as my 112. I guess we'll have to meet in the middle and put him here in the second yeah yeah I'm sure but yeah I think undervalued at this point he's definitely worthy of a first round pick um okay the next player I am that we should talk about is Devonte Adams now this might be a player I'm lower on than you or maybe we do see it the same he's a mid-second round pick for me um no I would have him ahead of Nick Chubb but I think at the moment he's my 206 and I could see him really fall to the late second it depends on quarterback play I'm a little bit concerned with what's going on with Jimmy G in Las Vegas we don't know exactly when he's going to be ready there's reports that he should be ready by uh I think someone said by training camp yeah I mean those are the reports but nothing is really confirmed at this moment there's that clause in this contract if it's not Jimmy G who is it and I would argue that at this point the more I think about it Jimmy is Jimmy's kind of already a downgrade from Derek Carr for Devonte Adams just because I can't think of many instances in which Jimmy is throwing the ball deep that's always been a huge weakness for him and we saw even with Jared synonym Devonte Adams dominate but Jarrett was willing to throw it deep we've never seen Jimmy do that he's such a gay manager over the middle find what's easy find what's open so I just think it might cap Adam's ceiling a little bit I think opportunities will be there but his ceiling might be a little bit capped and it could be worst case scenario if there's no Jimmy G's at Brian Hoyer starting I mean I don't know what to do with that so I completely agree everything you said um is right hit the nail on the head there for me he's a late second um a late second so he's a tear down he's actually my two 11. um I I just at this very moment if we were to draft today I'm not confident in taking Devante Adams I can't I I would rather take some of these running backs I'd rather take some of these wide receivers if any I mean I was struggling trying to give him more respect and put him higher and I kept putting him higher and putting him bringing him lower I was like I can't bring him higher because I don't see the outcome where you you hinted to Jimmy G you know throw short sometimes inaccurate who is going to be Hoyer instead of we all hoped that he was going to oh okay you know if Jimmy G is not ready um Stidham is there actually he's not there anymore so I think that is a big big case here and he's he's in my late second right now so I love Devonte Adams put respect on him on his name if he does get traded does get cut or if he gets wants a trade request whatever the case may be we have a different conversation but right now if the season started today I'm not sure if I would be excited to take him I think the one thing to still hold on to here is is the target share like he's gonna have a massive Target share especially with Darren while they're gone he had 180 targets last year only Justin Jefferson had more by four so I mean there's definitely still something to hang on to there yeah for sure okay the next player that we should talk about is AJ Brown I currently have him as an early second round pick he is my 201 so I could definitely see a case for him being late first but I personally like I have both of these running backs slightly ahead of him I think with how difficult it is to find running backs who give you consistent opportunities and you know could have that top five ceiling I would personally like I said I have these guys ahead of AJ Brown I'm curious where you have him um like I probably won't have much AJ I will have Devonta Smith I feel like he's the easier buy official in that backfield based off the price for sure for sure not and for me AJ Brown's the late first for me so he's one tier above okay I'm just leaning on on leaning on what happened last year right I mean finish wide receiver six um Jalen hurts was there had a phenomenal season I think Jalen hurts is going to continue to have two top ten two top 15 wide receivers back to back you just gotta find of value is best for you and which way you want to go I still love AJ Brown I believe he's going to continue to do what he does but he's for me I'll lay first okay a Monroe Saint Brown I have as an early second round pick again I would prefer running backs to have top five upside those guys who are very rare to find uh yeah I mean look I I need just for the sake of the video to put these guys up here and then we'll have a conversation about it yeah sure I just feel like again all these guys definitely could finish his RV one I'm not saying that they absolutely will but when you look at running backs who have the opportunities that they have it's very scarce and I feel like that should push them up the board it's much more like it's much easier to find wide receivers I think than to find running backs who have that kind of opportunity um on their offense so where would you have a Monroe though I do have a Monroe and my my early second round so we're on the same page there okay um so yeah we're on we're on the same page yeah he definitely should be very good this year wide receiver seven last year um you know he doesn't have a very high yards per reception in fact his a DOT is very very low it just shows how the offense uses him I'm very curious to see what that looks like when Jameson joins I'm not saying he'll be you know demoted or anything that's not what I'm saying but I'm just curious to see um how his usage uh transforms okay the next player is Mark Andrews who I would have as a late second he's my 211 at this point I'm curious where you have him yeah he's my 208 at the moment um I normally don't play the high Titan um rounds drafting him in the in the two you know there's only two tight ends we can take in the first two rounds here but Mark Andrews if there's an opportunity to happen to take him by the 2-08 I'm happy to keep him in the late second to be completely honest with you um that's where I struggle though like in a PPR format I can't I I personally can't see myself taking Mark Andrews ahead of Davante Adams you know Devonte Adams 180 targets like I said I know that we might struggle to see him get many opportunities down the field but he's still gonna get 160 targets guaranteed I love Mark Andrews but in a non-titan premium format I don't think I can take Mark Andrews ahead of Devonte Adams and that's where you currently have them ranked right yeah I currently have him ranked over Devonte Adams and once again it's pure is based off the situation you know Mark Andrews is pass here what was he still a top four tight end without Lamar Jackson the second half of the season I think if anything it helps him this year or I mean look a top four tied in though if you if if you haven't ranked this high and he finishes top four again that's not good maybe he won't have returned the value but he would have if Lamar was there the whole season maybe yeah but now Lamar has a lot of options you know what I mean I still think Mark will be the number one guy but there's no way Mark in my opinion there's no way he's getting anywhere near the target share that Devonte Adams is you know sure like sure you know I just I just don't see that happening I think the talking would potentially be there um for both I think we need to figure out what that looks like do we want to talk and share with Devonte Adams or do we want the target share with Mark Mark Andrews and I think that's the question I guess the community has shares themselves because right now I would prefer Mark with Lamar than Devonte Adams with the question about question mark the quarterback at the moment so that's just sure I'd be very curious to see what people think about that I mean I uh yeah I just don't see how Devonte Adams isn't giving you a much higher floor on a weekly basis but I could be wrong um okay next player we have here is Chris alave who I would have as a late second round pick uh well deserving of my 209 big fan of olave uh Michael Thomas will be back we'll see what Derek Carr looks like but I think he will definitely help Chris olave and Elevate him to be one of the top 24 players in fantasy this year yeah for sure so Chris um Chris lave is just outside my two my top 24. um love him but don't have him there he's definitely on the edge for sure maybe 301 302 303 right on that edge so just don't have my top 24. I hear you we can definitely talk about him um later than Garrett Wilson is a receiver that I have as an early second wide receiver um I do love Garrett Wilson uh he's currently ranked as my 202 with Aaron Rodgers I think the sky you know there's no ceiling right there's no ceiling on Garrett Wilson again I do prefer the running backs ahead of him just because I think there's such a you know scarce breed but so yeah he's deserving of my 202 here yeah he's my 201 so we kind of seen that very similar so that's great okay good uh Tony Pollard now I am higher on 20 power than you I'm not sure how this is gonna go he's my 205. okay um look it's not that big of a difference he's my late second so he's my 208 or two sorry 210 excuse me so I feel really confident in Tony taking him there in the late seconds so this is where you know yeah I can draft some of these guys with the high upside but Tony Paulette is going to be this guy that we're really believing in you know had a really good finish this past year now without Ezekiel Elliott I'm happy to take him here in the second half he finished rb8 I I I'm really happy to take him to the late second get my fir my wide receiver one and then Tony pauler 100 100 yeah Tony's one of those names that I think uh if people weren't paying attention too much to the back half of the season they might be surprised at where certain people have him ranked at the moment I have Tony Pollard ranked as my rb7 um and he's in a tier with a lot of big names but if you look at the back half of the season after their bye week from week 10 onwards Tony Pollard was the rb4 yeah and he missed a game if you look at points per game he was still in that top four um so you know who knows what he could have done if he hadn't missed that last game but now even with Zeke like if Zeke returns that's fine look at what happened last year we still saw him have an incredible fantasy season and if Zeke is gone like the ceiling is even more untapped so uh yeah I'm a big fan of Tony um and I'll probably have a lot of him in fantasy drafts this year all right the next player is Jamar Chase who I would have right on the edge he would be my 105. um right on the edge of the 104 105 so I'm not sure where you have him he is well deserving of being you know a top four pick uh there's just other players that I personally prefer in that top four yeah so there is Jamar Chase is my 105. I completely agree right on the edge I think he could be a top four guy really depends on how you wanna switch it out who you want to have who you want to draft um I just yeah there's I think there's one other guy rather have my top four um or two other guys that we haven't spoken about um at the moment so yeah Jamara is tough because like he absolutely could finish he's one of those five or six wide receivers that could be the wide receiver one in fantasy like it's absolutely within the realm of outcomes I mean if you look at Targets per game he was I think fifth right right ahead of Tyreek Hill right behind Devante Adams um he had a big stretch where he missed four games as well so in the middle of the Season which would have catapult him into that top five or six in my opinion finish wide receiver 11 this past year so yeah okay so let's talk about Jalen waddle I currently have him as a mid second round pick ranked as my 208 I could see myself taking him as high as 205 like I said if I miss out on Tyrique I feel good about getting waddle finished as the wide receiver eight last year and of course waddle and Tyrique it can be said with both of them that they were both better with Tua on the field um so waddle wide receiver ate last year I currently have him ranked as my wide receiver 11. I think that's a very fair ranking of him being a mid second round pick yeah he right now for me he's in early he's my late he's my late early second round pick not willing to argue 4J in the water but I think it's the same they said early late sorry so yeah so he's when I say early I mean like my 204. okay sorry that's what I mean like he's the last pick in the that window um so I'm really happy to um have him at the two at the the middle of the second as well um sure I think is this like you said the same thing can be said with two uh if Tua was there or with with um jail was there what would his finish have been I think he would have been also in the top six I would say maybe jump up two more spots hypothetically it would have been a really really good finish for Jane waddle and both Tyreek Hill okay so let's talk about Cooper Cup oh boy a lot of people don't realize Cooper Cup last year had the most points per game of any wide receiver and was well on track to finish as the wide receiver won Matthew Stafford is back and healthy there's no Allen Robinson there's no Robert Woods Cooper cup should absolutely Feast I I think like there's a better chance he's not wide receiver one than he is but I don't see how he falls out of the top five like he is he is one of the safest picks I think in the top four that you can possibly make uh if he stays healthy then he's going to be a fantasy Superstar like I don't see a way around that personally yeah completely agree for weeks one to one to nine before he got injured in week 10 he was the wide receiver too behind Tyreek Hill he was in pay on Pace for that during during those first nine weeks 24.8 fantasy points per game with I mean it's good and the only reason he was behind Tyreke is because he had his bye week before Tyrique did exactly so I think that's going to continue obviously the caveat is can they both Matthew Stafford and Cooper cup stay healthy yeah if they can there's no doubt he can finish wide receiver one or a top three wide receiver so I have him here as well I would say overall like the the pulse on the Rams I think people are too low on them overall like I think they can I think they can find their way into the playoffs still I know that sounds crazy I know they got rid of uh Jalen Ramsey but I think the pulse is a little off was Sean McVay there Cooper cup Matt Stafford I still think that this team can win a lot of games okay the great Travis Kelsey everything I have is a mid first round pick every time I'm at the 106 the 107. he feels like the right pick um he feels like the one that makes the most sense to me you know when we're talking about tight ends who are going to lead their team in targets last year Travis Kelsey had 152 targets no one in the Titan position was even in his Stratosphere it wasn't even close like in a points per game perspective no one was even six points per game close to him like that is a huge number when you look at a per game basis so I think he's well deserving of a mid first round pick in PPR drafts yeah no doubt we're on the same page we don't have to talk about it anymore to be completely honest okay Stefan Diggs I think is worthy of a late first round pick yep he's there as well he's my 110. yep he had a great season last year finishing as a wide receiver four on a per game basis he was still very good wide receiver five you know this team added Dalton Kincaid I am skeptical that Kincaid is just going to instantly produce I know you know other people are a little bit higher on these rookie Titans and their ability to produce year one but I still I like if Diggs is healthy he's getting 150 Targets this year like I don't see a way that doesn't happen no doubt No Doubt um okay so next we should talk about Justin Jefferson he is my 101 at this point if there's any reason to continue no no reason to continue all right uh I would have CD lamb right after Stefan Diggs personally okay so I'm curious where you have that's where we have that's where we see the difference so I have asthma 108 so it's not that big of a difference you have 109 you said or yeah yeah so he would be my he'll be my 110 sorry okay so he's my 108 not that big of a difference he's my le he's my late pick my last pick in that Mid First tier um so he's your 108 my 108 is Bijan so why don't we move both these guys up and kind of meet in the middle yeah sure I mean Stefan digs this past I mean Stefan Drake CD lamb this past year finished wide receiver five 17 nearly over 17 and a half fantasy points per game I think it's going to continue even with Brandon Cooks there now I think that actually if anything that opens up more things with him Tony Paula truly leading this backfield now I I think CD lamb is going to pick right where he left off I agree there's a lot of questions last year specifically from the dynasty Community oh CD lamb really worth his price like can you really be an alpha I think he absolutely put those questions to bed 100 in 2022. okay the next player I really struggled to rank and I'm really not sure exactly where I'm going to sit on Derrick Henry maybe I'm overthinking it but I just I just think that this team I just think they know their limitations with an offense that is giving Derrick Henry 350 to 40 attempts a year I think they know their limitations long term building around him I'm not suggesting that he won't you know be a top five top 10 running back this year in fantasy I'm just suggesting at some point like we all know it if we all sit down and ask ourselves can this team built around Derek Henry who will be 30 years old you know not too long from now can they win a championship I think all of us would say no like it's it's not going to happen so I think there might be a slight philosophy change because I think this team is accounted for where they are with that being said I still think he's going to get a ton of opportunities I have him as an early second round pick um so I'm probably not going to take him in the first round myself again that doesn't mean he's a bad player by any means uh anywhere from the 201 to the 204 I feel very comfortable taking him but maybe I'm on my own here and I'm overthinking it with Derek Henry yeah and he is my one of the three running backs I I have going in the first round for me and look Derrick Henry has been phenomenal and I think he's going to continue to do continue to do that right this past year finish as rb4 with three nearly 350 attempts on the ground yes the philosophy philosophy is going to change every single year we said when's the fall off when's the fall off in a redraft and a dynasty perspective like for the past three four years and I am going to continue to draft him I guess in the same mindset as we were coming in with CMC the past two years okay yeah couple he's injury prone right where's the fall off I don't know if we should take a CMC that early oh just a little bit of difference between those two players I don't know that's a very fair I think there but I think I think it's similar for me yeah there is there is differences because CMC gets to work in the air but if he's injury prone or if Derrick Henry is going to be injury prone to fall off just like people were saying about CMC then I think that's a that's a fair comparison that's why I have him in my late first once again I hear you but the difference was CMC was like 24 25 Derek Henry is now 29 years old and he's only missed 30 soon and only missed one season um 2021 he only played eight games in in that first eight games he was rb1 uh yeah I hear you so I hear you I just don't want to be caught with the bag sure that's where I stand like I don't want to be caught with a shot and I'd rather have a Jonathan Taylor saquon Barkley guys are going to be you know you know a little bit younger a little bit fresher in their offenses better offenses I would say um I think I don't know but that's a fair assessment for sure um but I I think with the opportunity on the ground they're just going to run him to the ground until he can't do it no more maybe that's this year maybe this year is the year where he's not going to get 300 plus attempts um so between AJ and Derek who do you prefer I would prefer I would prefer AJ okay so let's put Derek down then just for the sake of these tears because we can't have everyone in One tier if that makes sense yeah um okay Josh Jacobs um I would have as a mid second round pick um I technically have him right by Jalen waddle uh I have waddle more towards the end of this tier um but yeah between Jacobs and chub I think I still prefer Jacobs um it's very very close between the two um but based off of the form that we saw last year I mean we saw Josh Jacobs on an absolute tear offensive line is still the same offensive line and no quarterback play is different but I think you're going to see Josh Jacobs pick right back up where he left um he definitely is one of those five six seven running backs I think could finish in the top three um and I think this offense will be built around him so I have him right there as a mid second round pick yeah yeah this one's interesting I think for me Josh Jenkins was the the hardest one to rank he's my 209 right now okay not necessarily sure how I feel about him and I I think he's going to continue to get the opportunity on the ground but is there like what's diff the difference between Derek Carr is that he knew how to move the needle and I'm not necessarily sure if it's not Jimmy G right if gbg is playing I feel really confident when it's somebody else I think there's once again question marks for the whole team sure and can they move the needle can they get like those first those third and shorts and I think that's that's the main difference here with Josh Jacobs to continue his opportunity on the field and I feel like there's gonna be limited times and limited opportunities for Josh Jacobs to be on the field and produce if it's not Jimmy G um yeah with Jimmy G can play a different conversation I feel a lot more confident so yeah Jimmy G's had you know quite a few running backs who have had pretty good teams exact teams so exactly all right Austin Eckler I have him as a late early first I'm assuming this is where we see differently I'm assuming you don't have him as an early first no I have him as mid first so I have him as my five 107 excuse me right after Travis Kelsey for me um definitely could be an argument where you know I struggle between Jamar Chase and all stackler to be completely honest um the reason why I'm not leaning also necklace this year because I felt like the opportunities in the air was a bit unrealistic and sure even though even though the year before he'd still produce and played art um finished rb1 um or was it the year before yeah it was rb2 the year before rb2 the year before but he saw about 30 less targets yeah a few less targets so I think that's where Matt he's still my rb2 within the tier just where do you want to take him or within my rankings where do you want to take him and for me that is mid Mid First okay I think that's fair I mean I would have him back in but I'm not like gonna necessarily advocate for him strongly um I only have one more player that's ranked in this top 24 and for me that would be Travis etn um I know there's a lot of concerns around Travis etn but I still think he's going to be the 60 opportunity share in this backfield um he was a very good pass catcher in college he hasn't unlocked that part of his game I would encourage people to go back and look at the running backs who are now leading uh outside of like CMC who's just absolute freak but go back and look at those running backs look at their first season and see what sort of Target share they got see what sort of targets they finished with on the year I mean a lot of people don't give Travis ET and the rookie discount for him to have rushed for what was over like 1400 all-purpose yards and his rookie season right and be on an offense that's continually ascending you'd have to assume that they're going to continually give him opportunities I understand tank bixby's there but he would be right on the edge there as my 212 but I could definitely see him slip into the third for sure yeah for sure for sure so that's where we see a little bit different I don't have etmi top 24 he's just outside kind of like Crystal Lobby you pick he's right on that edge there they're the two two players that we haven't spoken about um at the moment that are in my top 24 and that is one Devonta Smith who he is okay he is at my mid second um at the end of my mid second there and you know just to kind of talk about him really fast kind of like AJ Brown finished as a top 10 wide receiver AJ Brown finishes wide receiver six excuse me so AJ Brown finished wide receiver six Devonta Smith finished wide receiver nine he was one of them like my breakout candidates stop breakout I didn't have him on my list but I spoke about him a lot saying that he's going to be eating and he can finish as a top 15 guy which surprisingly he did so I think that's going to continue um in the short term and I'm really confident you kind of choose and pick your value where you want AJ brown or Devonta Smith and my second guy is Breece Hall and okay now obviously that's a big conversation where do you want to take Bree's hole how early how confident are you with the injury is he gonna be a guy that's kind of like I have been saying you know I don't know if I want to take priest Hall in the first and second round because this ACL injury we've seen with saquon a couple years ago where oh we're gonna give the full workload week one or he's going to be ramped up and he just wasn't the same guy that first year is Bruce hole gonna run through that same you know that same pathway and I think as individuals who are watching this you gotta you kind of have to answer that question for yourself I just want to have him in here to kind of put respect on his name because I think without a doubt without injury he'll probably be late first he'll probably be one of my top three running backs that are in my first round sure without a doubt I mean I definitely hear you there I am not comfortable drafting someone coming off an ACL in the top 24 personally um sure you know it's it's just not something that I want to do in redraft and Dynasty it doesn't matter like let's wait for him to get into the forum button redraft like I need to win right now I need to know that like my first two picks those players are going to be ready and the other thing that needs to be talked about with briefs is like are we sure that he's just gonna be given Workhorse opportunity straight away because there's a very realistic chance that there's another running back there who is splitting opportunities with him and maybe he doesn't start week one right maybe he's not ready until week five maybe and then and then he slowly worked in and maybe week eight you actually get Bruce Hall I'm not sure like the briefs Hall we saw last year I'm just not sure I want to draft with my first two picks a player like that I love him in Dynasty um but yeah I would put him I'm not sure where you have him but yeah I would have Devonta Adams over I haven't been in the late second so okay he's in that tier I have him over Crystal Lobby right now he's you know around that area so this once again definitely an argument you can have a conversation with yourself or talk with who amongst yeah um whoever but once again to kind of speak on the conversation I think a lot of people say what about Bruce Hall why is he not a top one before you're crazy you know there's going to be there's always a comment about that but um yeah that's that's kind of where it looks like right now yeah no I think that makes sense well that's the collective list there um obviously we disagreed on a lot this video I mean if you guys are new that that happens sometimes yeah I think overall I just value the like JT Sequon were the big big ones for me that I'm like I value those guys who you know it's very rare that they get uh you that you get to draft the running back who truly is the focal point who truly is like the three down guy and that's what I see with those two guys I feel like I can find wide receivers a little bit a little bit more down the board um but that's just a little bit of a difference point for us yeah um oh sorry that let us know what you guys think in the comments below like the video and we'll see you in the next one all of it now that those idiots are done talking who needs some rankings hell yeah I need some rankings then use
