cd lamb unanimously has been named in the fantasy community as this year's calvin ridley everyone's banking on this breakout and his adp is currently showing that everyone feels that way he's the wide receiver 16 adp currently but aki do you feel comfortable drafting cd lam in the third round because that's essentially where you're gonna have to get him based off of his adp yeah i am comfortable i love cd lam it's hard to say and i don't want to say it but i do believe he could finish as a top five wide receiver oh yeah okay he has the potential to fit as a top five wide receiver and if you look at his stats and in his projection he was he was second when he ran in the slot okay yeah in my opinion he's going to be the new you know you got mt with as a slant king we got the slot king okay that's what's that's what cd lam is going to be and if you really think about it and you look at what happens obviously he lost his quarterback after week five but that's what i like to look at when he was with dak and his offense was rolling what was he doing i can break it down for you week one five targets ten points week two nine targets 17 points week three seven targets eleven points week four twenty seven targets twenty five points three i was like holy this guy just set a record week five eleven targets 20 points it just kept going up and up and up because they saw his value coming in obviously that's his rookie year imagine that imagine that press got a whole season that's crazy yeah cd lamb the whole season i mean there's no well the targets is a good good conversation right because as a rookie he saw 111 targets by the way 111 targets where dak only played four games four and a half exactly so before dak was injured he was balling out he was a wide receiver 16. still young in the league still figuring out the playbook still figuring out the chemistry and still was a wide receiver 16. i mean i feel like cd could have finished in the top 10 if doc wasn't injured oh my goodness absolutely i think the formula the formula here and we're both all in on cd lamb this year right yes 100 i think the formula is pretty simple okay great offense terrible defense michael parsons was not the answer great player not the answer that's crazy that we're saying that and an elite talent put those together that equals fantasy stardom uh cd lamb has every reason um every opportunity rather to finish as a top ten top eight top five wide receiver this year you're drafting him in the third round but this is a guy who i feel like is definitely going to return adp last year you talked about his targets right he's average averaged around eight to nine targets a game yeah for the whole year even without dak prescott i see that becoming more well i think even if he manages eight to nine targets a game that's around 135 to 140 targets on the year yeah okay over a 17-game season i'm in on the hype i think he gets more targets than that but uh he's my wide receiver 13. so i'm very comfortable with taking him in the middle of the third round which is where he's going yeah i feel the same yeah i feel the same i took him in the third round in our dynasty startup league um cd land is my wide receiver one obviously with the longevity there um in dynasty you want him to be you know there for a very long time and i do believe city land will be on the cowboys forever definitely i mean there's also a point where you just realize this is just a really talented guy cd lam is just a very talented wide receiver so some guys are just gonna break out because they're massively talented but the great thing here is all the other scenarios that are in play you know great offense terrible defense and there's going to be opportunities so i'm definitely comfortable with cd lam i mean if i started running back running back in a redraft and then cd was my first wide receiver i'm chilling oh i'm so happy yo what's good thanks for watching we got a lot more videos a lot more if you want more videos watch it you can also subscribe right now if you want to you need to and lastly don't forget that you can sign up to support the show and get exclusive content by going to patreon.com fantasylandfam"}]
